① Performance:
The HR series horizontal two-stage piston pushing automatic centrifuge is a continuous feeding and intermittent discharge filter cake after separation. This centrifuge can continuously perform processes such as feeding, separation, washing, and unloading at full speed.It has the characteristics of continuous operation, smooth operation, high separation factor, large production capacity, high yield, good washing effect, low moisture content of filter cake, and low solid content of mother liquor.
②structure and characteristics
The main motor drives the inner and outer rotating drums of the set to rotate at full speed. The material is continuously introduced through the feed pipe and evenly distributed on the inner filter wall of the inner drum. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase material passes through the filter screen and the filter holes of the drum wall and is discharged outside the machine through the discharge pipe, while the solid phase material is trapped in the inner rotating drum to form a circular filter cake layer. At the same time as the inner and outer drums rotate at the same speed, the inner drum continuously moves back and forth in the axial direction under the push of the piston. Therefore, the pushing plate pushes the filter cake layer of the inner drum to intermittently move outward and discharge the inner drum. It further separates and forms an annular filter cake layer when entering the outer drum. The outer end face of the inner drum pushes the filter cake layer of the outer drum to intermittently move outward and discharge the outer drum, which is then discharged outside the machine through the scraper groove.

④working principle:
The HR series centrifuge is a horizontal two-stage piston push and continuous operation filtration centrifuge.It mainly consists of oil supply system, pushing mechanism, bearing seat spindle, push rod, inner drum, outer drum, screen mesh, aggregate tank, feed pipe, washing pipe, casing and other components. After the main engine drives the centrifuge drum to run at full speed through the drive belt, the mixed material is continuously introduced into the fabric tray through the feed pipe, and evenly distributed on the inner filter wall of the first stage drum under the action of centrifugal force. Most of the liquid phase passes through the filter screen and the drum wall filter hole and is discharged outside the machine through the discharge pipe, while the solid phase is trapped in the first stage drum to form a circular filter cake layer. At the same time as the first and second stage drums rotate at the same speed, the first stage drum continuously moves back and forth in the axial direction under the push of the piston. Therefore, the pushing plate pushes the filter cake layer of the first stage drum to intermittently move outward and discharge it from the first stage drum. It enters the second stage drum for further separation and forms an annular filter cake layer. The outer end surface of the first stage drum pushes the filter cake layer of the outer drum to intermittently move outward and discharge it from the second stage drum. If necessary, the filtrate and washing solution can be discharged separately.
